AppLocker - "Deny" access to Windows Backup and Restore
I'm trying to configure AppLocker using the Local Security Policy to deny access to "Windows Backup and Restore" to a local user account. I've tried applying the rule to both "Publisher" and "Path" conditioins with the same results. The rule would deny access when browsing to the executable (SDCLT.EXE) and open it, but would NOT deny access when opening Backup and Restore from the Control Panel or using the Windows "Search" feature. How do I "FULLY" deny access to "Windows Backup and Restore" using AppLocker in a Local Security Policy (local computer). I've been searching TechNet and other resources for detailed steps but I've been unable to find anything specific to my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
